I have an idea in my head and wanna know what other players and also the Admins and especially Apollos think about it.
Im pretty sure every player who played longer than 6month on the server noticed the 1 big problem with End-Gear!
YES! THE CARDS!
Since (12%) and (X) Cards are only obtained via the Roulette Spin, or crafted in the Aminus Exchange (but lets be honest 1k WW-Token + 5K Perin + (R) Card - Noone does it, or?)
The Cards are rare AF ! And sure i understand the policy behind it, the greates and best Equipment is only for players who put in alot of effort to obtain it.
And I think its great that u cant just buy the Cards for like 10$ in the Cash-Shop!
But I think the Cards are too rare!
So I would propose a new dungeon.
The Trail of Cards:
The Trail should be made out of 6 Mini-Bosses:
1 - Master of the Land
Where you can drop a Land Card(X) Piece
2 - Master of the Sea
Where you can drop Water Card(X) Piece
3 - Master of Fire
Where you can drop Fire Card(X) Piece
4 - Master of Voltage
Where you can drop Electric(X) Piece
5 - Master of Thunder
Where you can drop Lightning(12%) Piece
6 - Master of the Volcano
Where you can drop Volcano(12%) Piece
All drops are Legendary-Drops and will be announced.
After defeding the Mini-Bosses you can enter the Final-Boss-Room.
Final Boss - Eternal Master
Here you can drop the Binding-Element and have a chance to drop any Card Piece
The Binding-Element is needed to bind 10 pieces of one Type into 1 FULL Card
The Binding-Progress should work like the Orb-Binding Progress, we have a Trail of Cards Trader, where players can combine their Card pieces to a full Card. 10 Pieces + The Binding-Element + 250 Perin = 1 (X)/(12%) Card.
I want the same drop chance for every Card-Piece and the chance to drop the Binding-Element is 1/3 of the drop-chance of the Card Pieces.
So there will be enough Binding-Elements.
I left out the MP and DEF and also Wind Card, coz lets be honest it would be useless to drop a 12%DEF Card.
We could implement an exchange Card system for the dungeon, where players who really want a MP or DEF card could swap their 12% Pieces of ATK/HP to MP/DEF
In addition we would also drop Evo Card Piece Materials from every Enemy and 5k of that could be traded in to a Card piece of your choice.
From the difficulty i would say it should be a little bit harder than the current Evolution Trails, make the Mobs Lvl. 200+ so we hit like 10% less than at EvoTrails.
And make the Bosses deal like 10-20% more damage and spam a bit more spells.
So that it becomes a challenge even for 5 strong players.
I think that would add more to the Server and will improve the active player number aswell as the overall player-experience!
I know that is a big change and wont happen in a few weeks or so, it would be alot of work.
But I am sure the work would pay of in the long run!
I have some experience in terms of coding myself and if you need help, i would help out when i find the time for it.
My short term solution for more availability of the (X) and (12%) Cards would be lowering the Perin and WW-Token cost to craft a Card. From 1000 WW-Tokens to 500
And instead of 5k Perin only 2.5k Perin
Atleast i feel that the Server looses good and committed players, because they dont see themselves ever obtaining a full End-Gear
And that is an issue i want to fix!
In that addition I would like to expand the MonsterHunter-Diary, so that player who really play for a long time constantly still be better than newer players on the server.
In example I would give out PVE-DMG increase for 1750 runs in Mars, Aminus and Cursed Aminus
PVP-DMG increase for 1750 runs in Evolution Trails.
And if it would ever happen add "The Trail of Cards" to the MonsterHunt
And give out some rewards for the runs there.
And also rewards for Maximus, Contaminated, Clockwork etc.
Up to like 3000/4000 or even 5000 runs.
In general a constantly improving system of the MonsterHunt, which is really GREAT And I didn't saw anywhere else before!
